Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, once we have received the returned item(s) or proof of return.
Additional duties and/or taxes are not refunded.
For EU orders, VAT is included in the refund.
If you paid with Klarna, your invoice must still be settled; we will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your return.
Orders paid by invoice cannot be refunded in-store.
In-store refunds are only available for credit card payments.
