Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it can take 3–5 business days to process. During sale periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s) or proof of return. Please note:
- Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
- For EU countries, VAT will be included in the refund.
- If you paid via Klarna, you still need to pay your invoice. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Orders paid via invoice cannot be refunded in-store. Only credit card payments are accepted for in-store returns.
